Love, religion, justice and freedom have always been such a common topic to many writers in the world and actually most of the books depict these. But I am quite sure that most of the books actually fail to reach the level of excellence in depicting these themes. Nonetheless, there are certainly some books have succeeded, and one of the best example is a book called 'Quo Vadis?', which will be the book I am going to introduce now. This book is a great example of a 'masterpiece' which contents all the abstract themes in our life. I will explain on how this book moved me and how it is a great piece of literature.
This book takes place in the ancient Roman times, where Nero, the crazy emperor, dominates the law and the nation. The main character, Bikinius, is a man from a very famous family and his family are all one of the influential generals of emperor Nero. Bikinius himself is also a rich, arrogant and a famous roman, who has never had any concern of earning money for his survival. He enjoys corruptability and flirting with girls, who sell them for money. But this man, a young roman who never thought about justice, falls in love with a girl who is christian. Her name is Ligia, and she is a woman who keeps her virginity and thinks seriously about justice. But unregarding this fact that Ligia is different from other corrupted roman women, Bikinius only thinks about having sexual relationship with her with no marrige. For Ligia, who believes in christianity and justice, decides Bikinius is wrong and runs away from him. Fallen in love, Bikinius could not believe that Ligia ran away even though they loved each other. He still does not get to acknowledge how dirty his method was and how much Ligia was disappointed with his behaviour. Now Bikinius starts searching the whole city to find his love and that is the main story of this book. He goes through harsh times and depression due to sick of love and searches for his love.
After all the hard times, Bikinius gets to meet with some christians who were protecting Ligia and discovers the brand-new term 'justice'. He realizes why killing servants without reason is so bad and why trying to steal virginity from a woman is so bad. I enjoyed this book so much beacuse I could read exciting tales of Bikinius finding Ligia and the process of solving missunderstandings between the two people. The most good thing was that I could see how justice and religion can change a person in a completely different way. For example, a corrupted roman to an inocent man who inly knows justice. It depicted that justice, love and religion could cause a strong change even to a corrupted young man.
I would like to recommend this book to my sister, who is 10years old now. I believe it could provide excitement to her and give strong feelings against justice which she would enjoy much. Also, she might enjoy the love story of Bikinius and Ligia. To conclude, I would like to tell you how the story ends. At last, Bikinius becomes a christian who is so inocent like Ligia. And as everyone of you expect, these two become to love each other. Although there were so much trouble after her run-away, they became to love each other again.

Ode to night
The time to end
The time to sleep
The time to rest
When everything turns in silence and peace
We call it night
When everything falls into a happy dream
We call it night
An Ode to night
The time to sleep
The time to rest
When everything turns in silence and peace
We call it night
When everything falls into a happy dream
We call it night

Creative writing-sungmook kim
There was no one inside the manor; no, there was one. In the shadow, a single figure lurked, making his way up the stairs towards the hidden attic room. Sitting boldly in the middle of the floor was a giant, padlocked chest. The note attatched said only three simle words: 'do not open'. But the man seemed not to care a bit of this warning. It was as if he knew what the chest would contain, and he did. He reached inside his pocketand pulled the key out. The man approached the chest, stabbed the key inside the lock, and grinned. This was it.
Arson woke up. It was a bright summer day and he had been taking a nap outside in his front yard. His nap was supposed to be short, but he had already slept for two hours. He was late for work. which started at 12 o'clock sharp. Arson took a glimpse at his watch; it was 2 o'clock. He ran back to into his house and changed his clothes. He hurried out the door, and waved hastily at a taxi. By the time he finally arrived at his company building, it was already two thirty. Although he was afraid to meet his boss, he had to go. When he did he was given a deadly sentence which was that he was fired. In shock, Arson tried to make an apology but was totally refused. Then he was led out of the building and onto the streets.
Arson then came back to his house. He just wanted to have a single moment of rest to review what in the earth is going on. But when he ttried to go into the garden, he was blocked by two policemen who firmly grabbed his shoulders. Arsene yelled,"what the hell are you doing in my house and how dare you block me to enter my house!" The police did not change any expressions but gave him a piece of receipt. The receipt said,"This house, owned by Arson Robin, is now occupied by lord Phillip who bought it from the auction." So, Arson's house was sold to the auction and someone bought it. Which means that he has nowhere to go. He lost his job and money. But why, why did this all happen?
Arson let out a single tear. It slipped away from his eyes and made its way down over his cheek, and dropped, silently, to the ground. Arson tried to hold it back, but one escape did not stop another. Soon, he found himself sobbing, sitting on what was once his grass, what was once his own front yard. By the time Arson squeezed out every last teardrop left in him, nightgall was coming. He couldn't sit here and do nothing. He had to at least try to move, he had to start somewhere.
Arson arrived at the subway station. It was against his dignity, but there was no other choice but to start begging. Soon after, he spotted a seemingly wealthy man walking grandly among the crowds. Arson approached the man and politely asked for change. He was surprised to find that, despite the man's royal appearance, he was very rude in decining Arson's request. He yelled so loudly that most people in the station whipped their heads around to stared, and a guard came over to check on the situation. The man angrily stomped away, and Arson, in equal amount of rage, followed him out of the station and began to stalk him. Arson fumed at this man's offending behavior, for Arson, too, had once been as wealthy as he was now. He followed this unknown man to his house. Staying a few meters behind him, he thought of a brilliant, but evil idea. He could rob this man of his treasures, which could bring Arson back to his ideal course of daily life. Arson decided to observe this man for a period of time, at least, before he began his heist.
During his wait, Arso noticed something odd about the man's servant. Arson spotted that every mrning, the servant would leave with a wooden box in his hand, only to return a few hours later empty-haned. Once, due to his clumsiness, he dropped the box and some of its contents. The servant quickly tried to gather them up and, with a hasty look around his surroundings, disappeared. Arson went forward to try and find what had dropped from the box. He gasped when he discovered a golden coin lying on the grass, which must have been left behind by the servant.
Next morning, Arson followed the servant to try and find his destination, along with the mysterious boxes. He soon found that the servant was moving the boxes to an abandoned house at the end of the street. Arson figured that all of the boxes would be filled with similar riches. How many days had he waited for the robbery? It had been exactly a week, which meant seven chests of valuable treasue hidden inside the abandoned building. Arson attacked the servant on his way out. He robbed him of the key to the chest, and ended up killing him in attempt of finishing things cleanly. Arson proved a strong man, and succeeded in strangling the poor servant to death. Now in possession of the key, Arson sneaked into the abandoned house, shut the front door with a snap, and began his search. He scanned the first floor, but nothing was there. It was daylight, but even so, it was dark enough inside for Arson to have difficulty in making his way throughout the structure of the building. He crept his way up the stairs, and peeked into the attic room.
The chest opened and a golden light leaked out from the chest. "Treasure!! Finally!!" Arson cried out. He found silver, Rubi, Diamond and lots of other jewels. Arson grabbed them threw them into the air with joy. But then, "bam!! bam!!" two bullets shot through the air, piercing Arson's heart and finishing him. After a moment of silence, Arson's body fell down to the floor. Red strains were around the floor. Two men walked out of darkness. They each had a gun. They smiled and said,"Thanks for finding the treasure, Arson!" and laughed. Arson blinked at them with all power he could make and said, "you... made me like this, right?" and closed his eyes. One bullet pierced again his head, sending Arson completely to death. "Yes, we did." The two men took the treasure and left the house. Arson's body cooled slowly in the building.

NarrativeEssay(Very private so don't see it unless you are a teacher!)
Many people have different experiences and the experiences which they think valuable of differs more greatly. But I do not know why students always write about boring stuff such as 'my first vacation'or my birthday when ou have forgotten it a long time ago. So I wanted to write something very new, fresh and thought of a story which I can tell very interestingly. In this essay, I would like to write about a tome when I was going out with my girlfriend which everybody would find interesting.
The first time I saw her was when I was in 6th grade. At the first day of class I was quite interested in her because I thought she was cute. Then, as time passed, I and she became a partner who sits next to each other everyclass. So eventually I got close with her and began sending messages many times. And through the messages, I could feel that our thoughts and personality were quite well-matching. We began sending messages and chatting more frequently. I was a very small kid that time so I just thought this as a very new and fresh experience at that time. We also got so close in a month. Then we realized that we were quite something more than a classmate and met individually. Two small kids going out seems to be so childish if I review the time at the age of fifteen but at that moment I thought I was very mature. Everything was good until that period ,but suddenly, my friend had to leave to the Philliphines for the language course. I was quite sad and after she left, I began to think that life is so unchanging and boring.
But as time passed, I learnt myself being more mature and concentrating on studying. From this experience, I could learn how foolish it was to be totally giving attention to someone who communicated with me for only a short time. And I also thought that it was such a sudden emotion I had because I found myself focusing on another thing as soon as she left. That is why I chose this experience as a most lesson-giving and impreessive experience.

Discriptive Essay
Different people give their attention to different possessions. Some love their pets, some love their game cds or iPods. But I, have a special possession. It is actually an instrument which many people might think it is wierd for a teenager to say his best possession is an instrument, hwever, If you read this more, you will know the reason. Also, what I will explain about.
My best possession is an electric guitar. It is a T-model guitar which has its both sides deeply curved. So it makes able for the players to play on he high phlets 19, 20 which means it is a guitar for original rock. The guitar's neck is very long, thin and slippery. This is for the rockers who have to move their fingers quickly around the neck. The head is like a read triangle and has guitar strings added to it. But controling the panels connected to the strings, you can change the knots of every strings. The body of my guitar is black at the end and i the middle, orange and white are mixed. When it is plugged into the amplifier, it makes the electric sound we are quite familiar of. My guitar is very heavy. I think it weighs about 3 to 4 kilograms. It is beacuse of the pickup which is the electric-machine attatched inside the guitar. That does a function of absorbing the guitar sound and sending it to the amplifier.
That was my best possession, the electric guitar. I play the guitar in my band since my band is a rock band and my T-model is very appropriate for rocks. In conclusion, I like my guitar because it is my hobby to play guitar and looks cool.

About me

There are lots of peolple in this world, but honestly I think I am one of the most unique person you can find on this planet. However, most people will think that I am just a normal person. In fact, I am not. From now on I will explain about me, a guy hard to meet on this planet.
The thing which makes me special is my personality. Most people have their own character. For instance some guys are very loud and talkative while some are very quiet. Some are full with confidence and want to hang around with girls when some are nerds who only now about studying. But I, do not have my own character. You might think that this means I am not even unique but keep on reading. There are some guys who do not have their characters and are very uninfluential among the kids but I am not so. The difference is that they have no characters while I have so many characters in me so that I cannot express them as one. I have a character of a playboy when I am with playboys and when I am with nerds, I become a nerd. I would say that I am like a cameleon who changes everytime depending on with whom I am playing with. So if you listen to people who are very close with me, they will all say different opinions of me. For example I am a nerd in the institutes and a playboy in schools. My personality helps me a lot when I make new friends. Since I can 'transform'easily, I can match to every people.
Next, I would like to talk briefly about my hobbies. My hobby is playing guitar and I would say I am pretty good. I can play electric, acoustic and classic guitar which are all in my house. Now I play mostly electric guitar with which I play in my rock band. I have once made some performances with my rock band and I really enjoyed. When I match the song with all the instruments, I feel so happy. Now I guess you know a lot about me. I actually want to say more but will finish my writing here and I hope you enjoyed it.
